"5.0 out of 5 stars" - I recently tried five different cups before finally settling on these, and they’ve been perfect for my one-year-old. They’re very easy for him to use, and he loves them. I especially like that the straw is weighted, which makes it simple to drink from any angle. The cups are lightweight and easy to carry around, which is a big plus. They are easy to come apart and easy to clean. Comes with a little brush for the straw.One thing I did notice is that if the cup is left lying on the floor, it can leak a small amount. Aside from that minor issue, I really love these cups and would recommend them to other parents looking for a good option for little ones.
"3.0 out of 5 stars" - The Dr. Brown’s Milestones Baby’s First Straw Cup is a nice idea and works well for helping babies learn how to drink from a straw. The size is good for little hands, and the straw itself is soft and easy for my baby to use. The weighted bottom part of the straw made it beneficial for baby to still be able to drink, even when the cup was tipped up.However, one downside we ran into a flaw where internal pressure or something within the design of the cup that caused the liquid to come up the straw and leak. Unfortunately, this led to breast valuable milk leaking and being wasted multiple times, which was really frustrating.It’s okay for supervised use at home, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving it unsupervised. Once you see the liquid rising you have to unscrew the cap the relieve the pressure. With a better leak-proof design, this cup could be great, but as-is, the leaking is something to be aware of—especially if you’re using breast milk.
