The pouch is very practical and helps keep the thermometer clean, protected, and easy to store or travel with. The display is clear, and the overall quality feels reliable. "1.0 out of 5 stars" - I have had 3 these thermometers over the last three years. They work pretty well (in theory), they’re so quick annd convenient. I really loved the options on how to get the temperature and the ability to silence the beeping. Unfortunately all three of them have had the same fate. They work wonderfully at first, and then when you need them again, the temperature is all over the place and inaccurate, There have been multiple times where my kiddos have had a fever and the thermometer read that they were fine. I love Frida products and have used many of them. Unfortunately, this thermometer is terribly inaccurate. It’s scary, especially when you have a kiddo that actually has a fever.My first thermometer, I only had a few weeks. It was obviously defective. The temperature readings were totally off. Frida customer service was excellent and they replaced it right away. I had the replacement for about a year before it started to give faulty readings. I replaced that one and had the same issue. Now I feel compelled to write a review so that maybe someone else doesn’t fulfill the definition of insanity by doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.
