While marketed for postpartum recovery, they worked perfectly for post-surgical healing too.The package comes with 8 pads, which was sufficient for my needs. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even when you're not feeling your best. These pads are definitely on the thicker side, but the instant relief they provide makes the bulkiness worth it. The cooling effect is incredibly soothing and lasts for about an hour per application.I particularly appreciate Frida's approach to a sensitive topic - they maintain a sense of humor while addressing real recovery needs.
