We can clearly hear every little coo, giggle, or fuss from our granddaughter's nursery without any annoying static or interference. The clarity truly is impressive; it's reminiscent of traditional baby monitors but vastly improved with modern technology. There's never that distracting hiss or hum that you sometimes get with older models. Instead, it's quiet when our granddaughter sleeps and crystal clear when she wakes up or needs us.One feature we've especially appreciated is the rechargeable parent unit. We're not tethered to an outlet; we simply carry it around wherever we are—doing chores, cooking in the kitchen, or even stepping outside briefly—and we've never had an issue with the battery running out during the day. At night or during longer stretches, we just plug it in by the bedside and it's ready again in the morning.The monitor's impressive range is another huge plus. We haven't tested the extreme limits, but it easily reaches anywhere inside our house, into the yard, and even out to the mailbox or garage without losing the connection. Just plug in and go and the parents part has batteries for easy moving around, however the baby one for power outages no way to use batteries. Also even when turned all the way up and having it close by the sound is very very quiet cant have music or tv on or any other noises in background (and I have good hearing) got it so when hubby is the one listening I can hear her without the monitor, but the other kids can not hear her well. Very soft so will be using it as a back for when my sound one goes out instead of all the time. Sadly ill need to get a different one. Got it cause no wifi needed which is our preferred method. It is hard to find those these days! ...
