"5.0 out of 5 stars" - We recently had a baby. Our baby is quite the caboose and 7 years younger than our last child. We had gotten rid of all of our baby things assuming we were done. So I was on the look out for something affordable, user friendly, and something that didn’t run off WiFi. After reading over reviews and waiting for a good deal, I snagged one of these. I have been so happy with my purchase. It works well. The range on it has been wonderful working all the way across my home as I work from home and my office is on the exact opposite of the home. The battery life would be the biggest complaint I had. I would charge it before I went to bed. Usually went to bed around 10 or 10:30 and it would beep that it was dead between 4:30 and 5. My baby now sleeps until 7 so it was annoying to be woken up when baby was still sleeping. I don’t have an open plug near my nightstand due to it being taken up by other things. My newest complaint started a few weeks ago. I noticed the screen would go weird, or the sound would cut out randomly. Then I started getting this screen that would say no signal. I usually could turn it off and back on and that would solve the problem. However this last week the problem got worse and now the baby monitor just turns itself off. This happened through the night and I woke to hear my baby crying, but due to closed doors in our home he had been crying for a while. I was feeling upset things weren’t working like they had been and reached out to the seller and explained my situation and what was going on. They responded within 12 hours with the option of a replacement or my money back. I’ve enjoyed the monitor so much I opted for a replacement. We will see how things go with the new one. But their customer service alone should receive 5 stars! Great company to work with.
