"5.0 out of 5 stars" - TLDR: perfect bottle for my baby who's breastfed from birth and has no problem going between breasts and bottles. I wanted to switch to glass bottles since we're using bottles more often as we're supplementing with formula. This checks all the boxes.Long version:My 11 weeks old baby has been doing fine with MAM bottles for about 7 weeks of her life. She got introduced to bottles at 3 days of age while still at the hospital. The hospital gave us Dr. Brown narrow bottles and she had no trouble switching between that, Mam wide bottles, and nursing. She started showing preference of just nursing and the mam bottles at about 9 weeks old. She seems to "tolerate" Dr. Brown but just doesn't like their bottles much anymore. I think it's because MAM's wide design resembles my breasts more. Since we've established good latching & have no trouble switching between bottles and breasts, I wanted to switch her to glass bottles instead of plastic ones. I have a set of glass Phillips (wide, natural response) and she couldn't get the milk out from that. That's when I began searching for glass bottles on Amazon.My initial first pick was MAM glass bottles but they were hard to come by. Also, there's no silicon sleeve made for MAM glass bottles. This Pigeon bottle comes with a coating that reduces the chance of breaking (and if it does break, shouldn't shatter into a million pieces because of it's design). I decided to give Pigeon a try since it's the #1 brand for bottles in Japan. I admit I'm heavily biased with products from Japan as I've used many growing up and lived there as an international student.Everything's great about this purchase. Item arrived within 48 hours. I just got it this afternoon. Sanitized it and Baby took it without any issue. One nice surprise is my MAM nipples can go on this Pigeon bottle!! Bottle feels great in my hand. It goes great with BabyBreeza. It fits in my sanitizer (Papablic). Picture is of just an hour ago when baby took this bottle for the first time. It's pricey, but 100% worth it. Husband already wants to order more.
